Norbert joined Innovation Group in 2025 as Global Managing Director for Innovation Group. In addition to this role, he has also assumed the UK CEO responsibilities. Norbert is a vastly experienced executive leader with a proven track record in the automotive and repair markets, and has worked across the telematics, insurance and software industries.

Magdalena joined Innovation Group in January 2019 to help transform the UK region into the successful business it is today. She divides her time between being Chief Financial Officer across the Group and Chief Financial Officer in the UK. During her time at Innovation Group, Magdalena has been at the heart of performance turnaround, developed our Finance teams and instilled focus on profitability and delivery.

Prior to joining Innovation Group, Magdalena has spent 15 years directly in the insurance industry, in a variety of senior Finance and Commercial roles with general insurers.

Steve Gazey joined Innovation Group in October 2017 to drive large‑scale technology initiatives across infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and global service delivery. Steve oversees global engineering, infrastructure, and technology governance teams, delivering resilient, secure, and scalable platforms that support Innovation Group’s Insurtech and claims‑management solutions.

With a career spanning Asset Management, Insurance, and Insurtech, Steve is recognised for transforming complex legacy environments, advancing cloud‑native architectures, and delivering high‑performance technology services. Steve was appointed to Chief Technology Officer in January 2026 and works closely with executive leadership to accelerate digital transformation, enhance customer experience, and drive operational and strategic growth.
