With more than two decades’ of insurance industry experience gained at Innovation Group, QBE and AAMI, Rod has successfully led many large projects, including start-ups, restructures and growth initiatives. He has extensive local and international experience in personal lines insurance and financial services products. He joined Innovation Group in 2014, inspired by the potential for developing the business further in Australia through outstanding delivery and innovative practices.
With over 18 years’ experience in corporate finance and professional services, Chris is an accomplished finance executive with a strong background in leadership, financial reporting and strategy development. He has held senior finance roles at CSC, NAB, Macquarie Group and CGU. Prior to joining Innovation Group, Chris served as chief financial officer, health solutions and head of group reporting and planning at Medibank Private. He joined Innovation Group in 2016 to lead our financial strategy and planning.
Christos has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance and fleet sector and has held a variety of roles in claims, policy distribution, call centre management and compliance and training. He joined Innovation Group in 2009 and has a strong track record of delivering successful customer service programs and profitable growth. As group executive, customer delivery, Christos oversees all aspects of service delivery for Innovation Group, including operational performance, service experience and change management.

With more than 30 years’ automotive experience gained around the world, Tony has held senior roles in OEMs, franchised networks, dealer and fleet systems providers, and E-commerce start-up businesses. Tony joined Innovation Group in 2007 through the acquisition of Motorconsult Pty Ltd. Since then he has continued the successful growth and development of our fleet risk and technology business.
Anthony has over 20 years’ of experience within the insurance industry. He has held senior roles with IAG, Suncorp, Lumley and Zurich in strategic planning, portfolio management, distribution and relationship management. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience across all domestic, commercial and statutory classes.
With over 15 years of experience in Insurance, including an extensive background in claims management, Raffaella has a strong understanding of how to achieve key strategic objectives in claims handling. Her background includes managing claims teams from notification; customer management throughout the repair process whilst working with repairers; and assessing teams to achieve business objectives. This includes hands on experience in using effective repair models to achieve desired cost, quality, timeliness and customer outcomes.
With more than 20 years’ experience in all facets of strategic sales & marketing, Brad has worked across government, defence, mining and insurance, securing and delivering on multiple complex projects. In recent years Brad has supported a range of businesses, including start-ups, which have become commercially viable. Brad joined Innovation Group in 2017, bringing with him a strong background in client relations and fleet experience.
