With over 12 years’ experience in corporate finance and professional services, Neville is an accomplished finance executive with a strong background in leadership, financial reporting and strategy development. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Neville spent over 3 years at Ernst and Young before moving into senior roles across the retail and insurance industry. Most recently, Neville held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a national speciality retail company in Johannesburg. In 2018, he relocated from South Africa to join Innovation Group and oversee the company’s financial growth and strategy.

Steve brings more than 20 years’ of experience delivering software solutions to major insurers in Australia. He joined Innovation Group in 1999 as an Application Consultant for the technology division (now called 1insurer) and has since held roles in Project Management and Business Development. In 2017, Steve was appointed as the Head of Technology, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the business including technology strategy, operational systems, and information security.
Christos has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance and fleet sector and has held a variety of roles in claims, policy distribution, call centre management and compliance and training. He joined Innovation Group in 2009 and has a strong track record of delivering successful customer service programs and profitable growth. As group executive, customer delivery, Christos oversees all aspects of service delivery for Innovation Group, including operational performance, service experience and change management.
George has extensive operational, strategic and claims experience built over 20 years in senior management roles at IAG. He has a strong track record of driving change and delivering strategic transformation. With proven leadership, business engagement and operational management capabilities, George has successfully led a number of major business transitions, including systems change and developing new operating models. George joined Innovation Group in 2017, responsible for delivering Innovation Group's claims strategy and optimising business processes.
Alicia has extensive human resources experience gained from working in various local and global HR roles in the Financial Services, Information Services and Manufacturing industries in both Australia and the UK. She joined Innovation Group in 2018, bringing with her a wide breadth of experience covering the full employee lifestyle spectrum, with a focus on navigating change. Acting as the Human Resources lead and working closely with the Executive team, Alicia’s blend of strategic and operational HR ensures that people remain at the forefront of the decision making within the organisation. Alicia holds a Masters in Diplomacy from the University of Nottingham, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
Business Development Team
With more than 30 years’ automotive experience gained around the world, Tony has held senior roles in OEMs, franchised networks, dealer and fleet systems providers, and E-commerce start-up businesses. Tony joined Innovation Group in 2007 through the acquisition of Motorconsult Pty Ltd. Since then he has continued the successful growth and development of our fleet risk, technology, and insurance businesses.
With over 15 years of experience in Insurance, including an extensive background in claims management, Raffaella has a strong understanding of how to achieve key strategic objectives in claims handling. Her background includes managing claims teams from notification; customer management throughout the repair process whilst working with repairers; and assessing teams to achieve business objectives. This includes hands on experience in using effective repair models to achieve desired cost, quality, timeliness and customer outcomes.
