As Business Services Director at Innovation Group, he currently leads the delivery of claims solutions including Data, Analytics, AI, Fraud, Recoveries, Auditing, Reporting and Customer Experience.
Prior to joining Innovation Group, Wayne served as Group Data and Performance Director at Claims Consortium Group, where he drove enterprise-wide data strategy and performance optimisation across complex claims environments. His earlier role as Head of Data Science at Crawford & Company saw him pioneering advanced analytics to enhance decision-making and customer outcomes.
Wayne’s career foundation was built at AXA, where he spent over two decades in progressively senior roles—from UK Data Strategy Manager for Claims Transformation to leadership positions in casualty claims, risk, planning, and analytics. His tenure reflects a rare depth of insight into the full claims’ lifecycle, regulatory frameworks, and the evolving demands of the insurance landscape.

With over 30 years’ experience, Tony has specialised within the building and construction industry, civil engineering which led to repairing major sewers in London and travel to Germany and Ireland, managing projects. In 2004 Tony joined the UK Drainage Network. This company went on to dominate claims management of drainage and water supply claims in the UK. Following on from this role, Tony joined Innovation Group Underground Services in 2016 which then, only consisted of 2 depots at the time. The Underground Services division is now one of the major players in the claim management of drains and water supply claims for the UK.
Sne is an accomplished Head of Subsidence with extensive experience in the insurance industry, specialising in managing and resolving complex subsidence claims. A strategic leader with a strong background in people management, operations management, contract negotiation, and business process improvement, driving efficiency and service excellence.
Sne possesses deep technical expertise in property damage assessment, enabling accurate evaluation and resolution of intricate claim scenarios. A highly analytical and solution-focused professional, adept at delivering expert insights and implementing best practices to enhance claims handling and customer outcomes.
Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and led the largest dedicated Subsidence team in the UK, overseeing the development of innovative strategies to improve subsidence diagnosis, mitigation, and resolution. Proven ability to identify emerging challenges in the industry and introduce cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
