I’ve always placed high value on exceptional customer service and, in joining Innovation Group, I quickly realized that I was now part of an organization that valued it as much as I did. At the heart of every role and function is the philosophy that, if what we provide is a service, then it’s essential we provide the highest level of service possible. It’s so rewarding to be able to show my clients that they don’t have to give up quality service to impact their bottom line. We give them both.
I am fortunate to be able to work closely with Innovation Group’s clients. Doing so provides me a unique opportunity to learn and grow with the industry, as well as gain insight to better assist with getting a customer back on the road with a quality repair. Using and developing the tools provided by Innovation Group ensures a quality experience to our clients, their customers and our repair facility partners.
In the 5 years that I've been with Innovation Group, they have transformed my thoughts on what a great company really is. I’ve grown exponentially, personally and professionally, because of the support provided by management. The positive impact we provide for our customers', along with continually pioneering new and better ways to enhance the customer and client relationships, keeps me motivated and eager to learn more and push to keep Innovation Group as a leader within the industry.

What makes working at Innovation Group enjoyable for me is the Visionary values that are practiced within the workplace. We are encouraged to think outside the box and take any necessary steps to further our education of industry subject matter. This has provided me with many opportunities for both work-related and personal growth and improvement. I joined Innovation Group in September of 2008 as a Customer Service Representative. With the infrastructure that we have in place, our team is so successful to help relieve our customers of a potentially painful process and convert that into a seamless and enjoyable experience for all those impacted by the claim.
