Since joining Innovation Group eight years ago I’ve learned so many new skills. Innovation Group is people-focused and this remains strong throughout the company’s growth and development. While other companies offer some of the services we provide, we are separated from our competition by our dedication to the client and the leadership we have supporting us in every aspect of our jobs.
I joined Innovation Group as an agent in 1998; I currently manage operations and compliance. Through the years Innovation Group has supported my journey by training, mentoring, and coaching me during my different roles. Innovation Group has helped me to not only gain knowledge, but also develop as a better professional. I continue to learn more as Innovation Group evolves in this fast-paced industry.
Throughout my career with Innovation Group, I have been able to help people make a difference in the lives of the drivers that are contacting us with a need. I’ve had the opportunity to develop and refine my skills as a trainer and broadening my knowledge with both new technology and improvements in existing technology.
Working for Innovation Group over the last 9 years has allowed me to grow and develop as a professional and as a person. Being a part of this company and the vast opportunities it offers has been and continues to be very rewarding. I joined Innovation Group in September of 2008 as a Customer Service Representative.
