As Talent Development Specialist, you will be part of the Business Excellence Team, participate in the Talent, Learning & Development strategy and implementation and accompany Leaders and Managers across the Group to achieve the most value out of our talent processes.
What will be your responsabilities?
Design, implement and drive the Employee Journey, in coordination with HR manager, Business Managers and Leaders
Support Performance review processes and personal development plans
Support the external recruitment and the identification of potential talent across all levels in the organization
Understand business training needs together with the Business, Product and Implementation stakeholders and propose relevant training actions
Create and implement scalable training programs, material & tools aligned to the business priorities.
Follow-up and enhance on-boarding programs
Deliver training sessions when required
Administrate the Learning Management System already in place
Building relationship with Group stakeholders
Analyze and benchmark market solutions. Experiment with pilots
Know-How and Social Skills:
Excellent verbal and writtent communication skills
Collaborative, Results oriented, Resilient and Adaptable with ability to influence
Data driven attitude : Use relevant figures and information to build business case
Capacity to prioritize and build reports
Able to switch between big pictures, strategic perspectives to hand-on execution where needed
Fluent English and Spanish
German and French are a plus
Education / Work Experience:
Proven experience designing and delivering training and leadership development initiatives, preferably on a multi-region level
Previous experience in Service or Customer Centers
